Armenia 2021
«ARMENIA 2021» is a selection and national voting for professionals, who will take the responsibility and will help Armenian state and socity to get out of the crisis.
At one of the most difficult times in our history, the public worries about who will take the country out of its current state, who will assume the burden of responsibility and cope with it. There are few specific proposals, and most of them are as follows: "It is important not to elect the existing authorities again" or "if only the" old "ones do not return."
Yes, the situation is very difficult: we have lost the battle. But we have no right to lose the war for the future of our state! Today we need to unite to select a professional team, consisting of people who will be able to lead Armenia out of this steep peak of crisis with their knowledge and experience.

The Armenia 2021 initiative is not aimed at finding a single super-leader for the role of the head of state, but at involving a team of professionals, in which everyone will be distinguished by a high level of competence in their field and will be ready to take part in building the future of Armenia.

- Conducting an independent investigation of the causes of the defeat in the war and elimination of the consequences
- Bringing POWs back home by all the available means
- Unconditionally excluding the discussion on transferring of settlements and posts on the territory of Armenia to Azerbaijan from negotiations
- Preserving the territorial integrity of Artsakh within the territories of the NKAO
- Creating of the Kelbajar corridor under the control of the RF Ministry of Defense, as an addition to the Lachin corridor
- Counteraction and counterclaims against Azerbaijan in the field of finance/economy, human rights, war crimes and others
- Rehabilitation, provision of benefits and pensions, creation of a social elevator for all persons affected by hostilities
- Creation of boarding schools for children in families left without breadwinners or for families in need with the subsequent creation of social elevators
- Provision of a temporary and permanent housing for people left without shelter

- Determining the status of Artsakh based on the interests of the Armenian population
- Protecting the rights of Armenians in the territories temporarily occupied by Azerbaijan: ensuring physical security, protected rights and freedoms, overcoming the humanitarian crisis
- Protection, preservation and free access to religious and cultural monuments in the territories occupied by Azerbaijan
- Supporting the combat efficiency of the Artsakh Defense Army
- Organization of full-fledged security and capacity of logistics corridors with the participation of the Armenian armed forces in joint patrolling with the RF Ministry of Defense
- Withdrawal of Syrian mercenaries and Turkish Armed Forces from the entire territory of Artsakh and 7 regions

Why is this initiative necessary?
We must stop the split in society and get out of the post-war situation with dignity! There should not be a division on our way because of the "blacks" and "whites", the "old" and those in power. Let's forget about the populism of people who cannot adequately meet the challenges that the nation is facing. The Armenia 2021 Initiative should identify those who, with their knowledge and experience, can make a major contribution to the country's recovery from the crisis.

What are the selection criteria for candidates?
The selection of candidates is based on the following principles:
1. Professionalism, management experience in public or private sector;
2. There are no incriminating facts in the biographies of candidates that can negatively affect public perception, as well as create risks for the state system;
3. Armenian nationality or/and Armenian citizenship (edited 12/7/2020);
4. The personality of the candidate should not lead to a split in society.
